Standard Construction received two prestigious Saltire Awards for a 2004 project, in Broomhill, Glasgow, and, more recently, a project in Bearsden, East Dunbartonshire, in 2012.
We were also awarded a coveted Chartered Institute of Building Award, in 2010, for an individually designed home in Arduaine, Argyle and Bute. The same year, one of our projects also won a Scottish Design Award for a unique project in Lochwinnoch, Renfrewshire, in the architecture category for Best Residential Building.

While Standard Construction is a Glasgow based business carrying out individual and bespoke builds all across Scotland, we also take on a select number of quality projects serving clients outwith the region, most recently in Ireland.
Standard Construction is a member of the Scottish Building Federation.
The company is also a registered builder with the National House-Building Council (NHBC), and has been since October 2000. The NHBC raises standards and consumer protection for 80% of all new homes in the UK.
